2. PURCHASE CONTRACT

Our products online do not represent a binding offer but are simply a catalog of the goods we have for sale. To provide greater assurance to the customer, we offer a support service via the email info@fadesign.store where you can request more information about the products and materials.

This service also includes the possibility to receive additional photos and free fabric samples used in our products. The prices shown are to be considered as the final price, except for possible promotions or discounts applied by the company.

For those who decide to purchase an item, it is necessary to follow these steps:
a) carry out an economic evaluation of the item. Once this is done, a non-binding direct contact between you and Future Art Design can take place, and if a financial agreement is reached, the buyer can use the agreed payment and delivery methods.
b) once the form appears after selecting the button, confirm your intention to purchase the individual product. You will receive an order confirmation email requesting the entry of relevant data (such as delivery details, any specific care for the item, etc.). After completing all steps and confirming the payment, Future Art Design will proceed with the delivery methods agreed with the buyer.

To better protect the Customer, we also offer the option to collect the purchased items directly from our showroom in Racconigi.

The dimensions of upholstered products refer to the maximum space they occupy and may vary up to 12%, which is to be considered as proof of the craftsmanship of the item.

Any modification to the contract after the deposit has been paid will reset the delivery terms.

We source the best materials from all over the world to offer our customers the best available on the market. Our search for top artisans worldwide has allowed us to offer high-quality products carefully made both in Europe and outside the EU, to guarantee the best result at a reasonable cost.

Any discounts and gifts are subject to the customer's full compliance with the agreement.



3. SHIPPING

The delivery of the purchased goods will be arranged individually, both for delivery times and cost, with the possibility of collecting the items directly at the showroom in Racconigi, thus avoiding transport costs. Delivery will be handled by an external transport company and may not strictly comply with the agreed timelines, as delivery will take place via groupage shipping to reduce transport costs. Delivery includes door-to-door service, with the option of in-home delivery for an additional cost to be agreed separately.

Shipping will be organized once full payment for the selected product has been received. Until full payment is completed, the item remains our property.

Right of Withdrawal.

With regard to the right of withdrawal, the company complies with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 concerning distance selling. Full payment will only be requested after the item has been viewed via email and approved by the customer. Therefore, any withdrawal rights beyond the scope of Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 are not accepted. The only option is a voucher of the same amount, usable at our company and valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The customer must cover the return shipping cost. Once the goods arrive at our premises, the voucher will be issued only after verifying that the products are undamaged.

The company is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of returned goods shipped without insurance.

It is not possible to return or exchange the product if:

• it was custom-made or clearly personalized;

• its condition or quality has been affected by the consumer (e.g., dirty or damaged items, etc.).

CASES OF RETURNING GOODS FOR REASONS OTHER THAN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the parties agree on the return of the goods for reasons other than withdrawal, a refund, if applicable, will be made within 10 days from the date the returned goods are received by the seller. The refund is subject to the product being in the same condition as it was delivered, without signs of wear and/or damages and defects not attributable to the seller. In case of defects and/or damages of any kind attributable to the customer's negligence or accidental events during their possession, the amount will be deducted from the refund.



4. PAYMENTS

Regarding payment methods, we accept two options: bank transfer or credit card

Upon receiving confirmation of your payment, we will begin the production process. The goods remain the property of FUTURE ART DESIGN S.R.L. until full payment has been received.

Prices.

All prices published at the time of the order are valid. The listed prices refer to the products as described, but they may vary depending on the agreements made with individual customers. All prices are final, including VAT under the margin scheme pursuant to Art. 36 D.L. 41/1995, as per the currently applicable rate in Italy, including shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the user. Until further notice, we proceed according to the "country of origin" principle, meaning that for sales within the EU, we apply the VAT rate used in Italy.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.



5. WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty for non-conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02, provided that the product is used correctly and for its intended purpose. In case of defects or damage, FUTURE ART DESIGN S.R.L. will, at no cost to the Customer, restore the product’s conformity through repair or replacement with another item of the same value. To report a defect, simply notify us by email at info@fadesign.store. Items to be replaced must be delivered to the Future Art Design showroom in Racconigi. We will try to find the best solution for each individual case.



6. COMPLAINT SERVICE

Despite our careful checks, it is possible to receive an item with signs of wear or damage. In such cases, please contact our Future Art Design headquarters directly by calling +39 389 4236 200 or via email at info@fadesign.store. Please provide a brief description of the issue, mark it (e.g., with a piece of masking tape), and, if possible, send us digital photos so we can assess the condition of the item.
