This project, inspired by Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, is an original "design statement". The sofa expresses Zaha Hadid's genius on the complexity of geometric curves. Moonlight contains references to the architect's buildings and futuristic sculptures. Its name recalls the combination of unusual shapes and the concept of a product system. The main theme of the sofa, in its most common version, is the shape of a strongly curvilinear and dynamic angular movement: a monoblock containing a seat, backrest and armrest sculpted in a single block. The designer then hung a one-by-one drawing on the wall and began to imagine how he would find himself inside the armchair. He therefore pretended to sit down and his wife marked the position of her head with a pencil so that she could determine the height of the seat. The project went ahead and the other measures, by virtue of the circular form, came as a result. The Ball Chair is certainly one of the major icons of modern design and is still a unique and inimitable piece perfect for any modern furniture thanks to the wide choice of colors available.
